ABOUT ME
My name is Stefan Avramtchev.
I help teams and leaders solve their most challenging problems and achieve their goals.
I work with first-line people managers to become true leaders, not just great individual contributors who also happen to manage people.
With a background as an engineer, manager, and professional coach, I understand the real-life challenges of engineering leadership: from decision-making and technical debt to autonomy, delegation, people development, and team efficiency. My coaching isn't about generic advice—it's about solving the actual struggles of tech people leadership.
My focus is on team leadership mastery and team success. I coach managers to build and lead future-proof teams that continuously learn, adapt, and improve. Great leaders don’t just deliver results; they create the conditions for sustainable success, allowing their teams to thrive indefinitely.
And unlike mentoring or teaching, I take a true coaching approach—helping leaders think critically, show up with ambition, drive, and vision, take action, and build the self-awareness and authenticity needed to lead independently and effectively.
